Romance-Horror visual novels are 9 times out of 10 just "Look at this Hot Monster, don't you wanna f*ck him?", but you managed to save the entire genre with great art/designs and a likeable love interest.
Elias feels like some kind of "Growing my Grandpa" type creature.
You can check out the source code for the template this project uses here if you're curious to see how the effect works! The tl;dr is that all of the elements of the scene (sprites, backgrounds, etc.) are in a 3D scene where moving the mouse around changes the orientation of the camera.
